The Billing Process

While the SLE-key® test is covered by a growing list of insurance providers (including Medicare, Medicaid and TriCare), we understand that there are those who may find it challenging to afford the test. For those qualifying patients, we offer the SLE-key® Savings Program, a patient assistant program that caps the cost of the test. Qualifying for the savings program depends on your income level, number of members in your household and a demonstration of financial need. We also offer a Prompt Payment program, which offers patients a generous discount when their final bill is paid in full within specified timeframes.
